Shower time is the only ‘alone-time’ I get so I try to squeeze in all the things I want to do to relax and reset my mind. Sometimes I would light a couple of aromatherapy candles to help me with my relaxation. Together with relaxing music or sometimes in just plain silence, I try to calm my nerves and my body.
