Why I like taking showers with the lights off
Shower time is the only ‘alone-time’ I get so I try to squeeze in all the things I want to do to relax and reset my mind. Sometimes I would light a couple of aromatherapy candles to help me with my relaxation. Together with relaxing music or sometimes in just plain silence, I try to calm my nerves and my body.

Bucket List
I’m considering making my own Bucket List a few days from now.
Lately,my body has been showing bad symptoms and I need to consult a doctor to confirm if I have or if I don’t have something.
I’m scared. But I have to deal with it.
